IDAHO'S MUSEUMS

The pride of Idaho, now on display.

The Idaho Association of Museums invites you to discover Idaho's diverse world of history, culture, and natural science, from A as in arrowheads at the Appaloosa Museum to Z as in zebras in the Boise Zoo.

Whether you live in Idaho or are just passing through, there are museums, interpretive centers, and heritage sites throughout this great state to entertain and educate every member of the family. These organizations have abundant resources with exhibits, activities, and events for everyone. In fact, Idaho has over 150 local, regional, state museums, historical societies, art galleries, interpretive centers, three zoos, and the World Center for Birds of Prey.
