The Idaho Association of Museums is hosting three workshops which will offer hands-on interactive instruction in PastPerfect, Power Point, and image management and editing. Participants will be able to work on a project to take with them.
Workshops will be held at the LCSC Workforce Training Center in Lewiston on March 28; the BSU Micron-Simplot Building in Boise on March 30; and at the Gooding High School in Gooding on April 1.
The instructors are Harriet Hagedorn of the Latah County Historical Society, Michael Vogt of the Basque Museum and Cultural Center, Chris Brady of the Idaho State Historical Society, and Jim McReynolds of the Wallace District Mining Museum.
Registration fees are $35.00 for IAM members and $45.00 for non-members (includes a year's membership). Space is limited, so please register early.
Co-sponsors of the workshops are the Idaho State Historical Society, which provided funding through its Community Grant program, and the Idaho Humanities Council, a state-based program of the National Endowment for the Humanities. We thank them for their support.
